* Points are earned based upon Kill to Death ratio (K/D) each week. Kill to Death ratio is similar to "net" kills in that it factors not just the number of kills but the number of deaths of each pilot and allows a comparison of different pilots overall performance. Best K/D ratio = 3 pts. 2nd best = 2 pts. 3rd best = 1 pt earned.

Overall awards are based upon sum of K/D ratio mission points earned which measures pilot lethality AND survivability to determine overall pilot skill and ability while also factoring participation level and consistency during entire campaign.

Weekly awards are based upon K/D ratio for that week and individual missions, to measure lethality and survivability as described above.
